This Metaltech Single Lift Scaffold Set provides everything needed to frame a scaffold, including two 60in. x 60in. Blue powder-coated anti-slip steel scaffold frames (each with coupling pin and springs), and two 7ft. x 4ft. galvanized steel cross braces. These products meet all OSHA, ANSI and CSA requirements. Metaltech’s exterior scaffolding systems and accessories are built to make your work easier and safer. Safety is the key when working with heights. Each frame nests into one another when stacked for storage or transport. This feature allows you to transport or store the frames using up to 30% less space, and it also reduces the probability of the frames sliding, reducing the risk of worker injury. The special Saferstack frame is designed with safer storage and transport in mind. The frame not only uses 30% less storage space than regular frames, but it also reduces the chance of load shifting, which helps to reduce the chance of worker injury.
Built Strong And Tough
The process starts with high-quality steel that makes up each piece before they are joined together with precision welds that are designed to last. Each 13-gauge perimeter tube features a 1 5/8in. outside dia., while the interior tubes are made of 16-gauge steel and feature a 1in. outside dia. The entire frame is powder-coated with a blue, anti-slip textured finish for added durability and safety.
Excellent Capacity
When the cross braces are installed on each side of the scaffold and the unit is completely level, it tests out at a full capacity safety factor of 4:1. Each frame includes all of the galvanized pins and locks needed to achieve this optimal safety factor rating.
